Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Creative Director to lead and
execute the strategic and creative vision for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the creative direction and management of marketing and
advertising initiatives across various channels
Lead and evolve a multi-disciplined in-house creative team,
ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and produce integrated cross-channel campaigns from
strategy and concept through completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of six years of relevant
experience, or eight years of experience in lieu of a degree
Proven ability to create strategic campaigns that drive business
success
Experience leading creative for large-scale, multi-channel
projects
Exceptional skills in critiquing and evolving creative across
various mediums
Passion for managing and mentoring a growing creative team
