Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager -
Consumer to lead Braze operations within their DTC team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deploy Braze segments and campaigns, ensuring accuracy
and proper targeting
Monitor and report on the performance of Braze campaigns, tracking
key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of
Braze campaigns with business goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations
Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices and data
protection laws
Experience with Braze highly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to email is a
plus
Experience with Liquid Logic and Amplitude or Tableau is a plus
