Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage market insights programs to gather client and market
trends
Monitor competition and develop actionable insights through
analysis
Interpret research findings to inform product development and sales
strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing market insights and customer research
programs
Proven experience in primary and secondary market research and
strategic analysis
Familiarity with survey design and statistical analysis software
(e.g., SPSS, SAS)
3-5 years of experience in B2B and market research
Prior experience in the corporate training or education industry is
a plus
