Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Optimization and CRO
Analyst to enhance e-commerce user experience and optimize
conversion rates within the Healthcare EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior using web analytics and voice-of-customer
solutions to identify CRO opportunities
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize landing page
performance and increase funnel conversions
Prepare reports and present actionable insights on campaign
effectiveness and CRO tests to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience as a CRO Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar role in
the healthcare or ed-tech industry
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Experience with voice-of-customer solutions and methodologies
Knowledge of CRO techniques such as A/B testing and funnel
optimization strategies
