Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to
oversee the technical implementation of lead handoff processes
between marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure leads are created from key channels such as product signups
and community engagement
Manage signal capture and automation tooling for personalized
outreach
Measure growth across key metrics like sales accepted leads (SALs)
and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, or
technical growth marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing
platforms
Familiarity with SQL and exposure to data engineering tools and
ecosystems
Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt to various
tasks
A strong interest in understanding and influencing the engineering
category
