Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Contracts Manager to focus
on public sector transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and draft contractual documents, including MSAs
and NDAs
Prepare responses to RFQs and RFPs while collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Monitor compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory
obligations
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR/DFARS)
5+ years of experience as a contracts professional in the public
sector
Experience drafting contractual documents and proposal writing
Experience working with sales teams in a SaaS or high-growth
technology environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
