Job Description:
A company is looking for a full-time Licensed Social Worker
(LSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth
program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder
treatment through telehealth
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in
partnership with clients
Utilize technology effectively to deliver services and maintain
patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
Masters in Counseling Degree with at least 6 months of relevant
experience
Valid LSW license in the state of Illinois
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to a fast-paced
environment
Eligibility to work in the United States
Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
