• Certification Details
• Attestation of any known record of DNS/DNR for the candidate from prior 3 years on your agency's letterhead
• HLC Testing to be completed by Friday before Start. Candidates Username and Password will be provided by CMC under the candidates comments. If completed and confirmation provided Friday prior to start, a $300 stipend will be paid
• Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year of start
