Their team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.Job Description: -My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. - Candidates with experience ranging from new admittees to 5 years of experience, with ties to the Modesto/Stanislaus/San Joaquin County area, and who want to live and work there will be considered. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and research skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients. This role involves handling a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal advice, and representing clients in court.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various business and probate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to business and probate litigation.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Experience with legal research tools and software.Benefits:
    • Salary range for the Modesto office is $108,000 to $150,000. - Actual compensation will depend experience.
