Job Title: Computed Tomography TechnologistWe are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment and ensuring that images are accurate and passed on to physicians for medical interpretation.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in computed tomography and possess a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. You will be responsible for preparing patients for CT scans, positioning them correctly, and administering radiocontrast agents as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating CT scans to determine their technical quality and maintaining accurate patient records.Responsibilities:

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as needed
• Position patients correctly for CT scans
• Operate computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Maintain accurate patient recordsRequirements:
  • 1 year of experience in computed tomography
  • ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography
  • State-specific licensing when required
