Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter responsible for
delivering exceptional service and underwriting decisions in the
mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient underwriting service while maintaining high
quality standards
Review and manage loan files, conditions, and resubmissions within
specified turn times
Utilize the company's operating system for all underwriting
decisions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
3 years of recent experience underwriting residential home loans,
specifically Non-QM products
Comprehensive knowledge of Non-QM program guidelines
Ability to train and support staff in loan file preparation
Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple
tasks
Extensive prior experience in an underwriting position
